I outlined the two hearts with a clear glitter pen. It's difficult to see in the photos, but very pretty in real life.
I'll be placing this card in my Etsy shop soon. It seems to be the season for wedding preparations!

other: stardust clear glitter pen (Sakura), decorative pearl and tulle trim (Hobby Lobby), tulle floral pick (Michaels), pink tulle from my stash, foam tape, glue dot
Just beautiful! Love the pearl ribbon and I can see the shimmer around the heart it's such a pretty accent!
